About EdoBEST Progressive

EdoBEST Progressive is NewGlobe's upper-primary extension programme in Edo State, Nigeria, designed to embed the gains achieved in the foundational years of EdoBEST Primary into the later primary grades. Operating since 2018 in partnership with the Edo State Government, it serves over 210,000 pupils in Grades 4–6 across 620 schools.

The programme adapts the EdoBEST instructional model — structured lesson plans, tablet-based delivery, and regular coaching — to the more advanced curriculum of upper primary, ensuring pupils build on early literacy and numeracy skills through to the end of primary school.
