About BayelsaPRIME

BayelsaPRIME is NewGlobe's education reform programme in Bayelsa State, Nigeria, launched in partnership with the state government in 2018. The programme serves pre-primary through Grade 6 pupils across more than 200 schools, providing structured lesson plans, regular teacher coaching, and continuous pupil assessments to drive measurable gains in foundational literacy and numeracy.

Using a technology-enabled instructional model, BayelsaPRIME equips teachers with tablet-based scripted lessons and targeted coaching support from school-level supervisors. Weekly programme data reviews enable managers to identify and address implementation gaps promptly, ensuring consistent learning progress across every school in the state.
